Emily

Hi, my name is Emily.
This term we have been writing explanations.Food for thought is the schools topic for the term.
We are going to Pak'n'save to look at food that is good for our bodies and food that isn't
good for our bodies. Lollies and junk food that have heaps of fat in it can block up your arteries
and could lead to heart attack.Healthy food like fruit and vegetables are better for you. Citrus
fruits give you vitamin c to stop you from getting colds and blocked noses.
You need a little bit of fat in your diet, or to much is not good.
When fish is backed, it has a slight littlebit of fat in it.
