Hello my name is Lily.This term our school has been doing a food for thought topic.
I found in a book that iron helps oxygen flow through your body.
I also found that crunchy fruit like apples and pears help keep your teeth strong and
healthy.
Food for thought is a very interesting thing that tells you plenty about food.
Takeaways such as fish, chips, hotdogs, and sausages are not
good for you.Also sugar like chocolate and fizzy drinks are not good for you and they
also rot your teeth if you have too much of them.
You need some fat in your diet but too much or you'll get chubby.
A lack of vitamins such as vitamin c leads to a disese called scurvy.
If you get scurvy, your teeth will get loose and they will probaly fall out.
